Nadine Parkes, our President and Founder, has over 16 years of experience in the construction field. She has worked on multiple pre-1978 homes following the EPA and HUD guidelines. Nadine obtained her Bachelors Degree from Cornell University, her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School and Certificates in Construction Management from Pace and Rutgers University. She is the owner of JAS Park Home Improvement & Construction, LLC since 1996 performing all phases of home improvement.
Nadine holds accreditation from the Environmental Protection Agency to train clients in the Initial and Refresher Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting courses. Nadine is also certified as a Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor and perform home lead inspections/risk assessments.

Parklam Environmental, LLC provides unbiased lead testing services, inspection, monitoring and clearance throughout New York State.
Since we do not provide lead remediation and abatement, our testing is impartial and unbiased, since there are no conflicts of interest.
