All classes must be prepaid. Your seat will not be guaranteed until payment is received.

Should you need to make a change or cancel, a written notice must be given at least seven (7) business days in advance, or you will be subject to a 25% administration fee.

You have up to 90 days after the class you had registered for and missed to request a refund or reschedule to another class. Otherwise, you will have forfeited your registration fee beyond the 90-day period.

Parklam Environmental, LLC reserves the right to withhold a refund if written notice is not given at least seven (7) business days in advance. Attendee substitutions are permitted and must be emailed to Nadine@parklamenvironmental.com to be processed.

In the event that Parklam Environmental, LLC cancels a class, you will be notified 48 hours before the scheduled class and either a 100% refund will be issued or attendees can choose to apply their registration fees to another Parklam Environmental class.

If you do not show up to a class there is no option for a refund, course roll-over, or crediting of course registration fees. This does not apply if an instructor cancels a class. Late arrival to a class is considered a “No Show” because the EPA curriculum hours required for certification will not be met.

Cancellations due to family emergencies and natural disasters will be rescheduled.
